This document constitutes a legally binding agreement outlining the operational standards, obligations, and procedural frameworks governing your use of our enterprise technology solutions. By accessing or utilizing our services, you acknowledge and accept these provisions in their entirety.

Service Scope

Blue Peak Automation provides high-precision enterprise software, systems integration, and automated workflow solutions. The explicit capabilities, boundaries, and deliverables for your specific implementation are defined within your individual Service Level Agreement (SLA). We reserve the right to modify, update, or deprecate legacy systems with a minimum 60-day notification period to ensure operational continuity.

Liability

While we build systems optimized for 99.9% uptime, Blue Peak Automation operates on an "as-is" provision for all infrastructure. We hold no liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from system misconfiguration by unauthorized personnel, third-party API deprecations, or severe network outages. Liability is strictly capped at the total service fees paid in the trailing three months prior to the incident.

Data Privacy

We enforce strict adherence to SOC2 and GDPR compliance frameworks. Your proprietary enterprise data is encrypted end-to-end at rest and in transit. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for unauthorized internal access or external data brokering. As a client, you retain total ownership over any raw or processed telemetry generated by your customized automation pipelines.
